CHALLENGE
Away That Day came to us with the need to improve their workflow within their Email Marketing. Owner, Ingemae was wearing all the hats within the business at the time as well as creating weekly email campaigns to promote their products to their existing database.
SOLUTION
Firstly we established a plan for the channel that would embrace the brands identity and enhance the channels performance with brand led yet data driven decisions.
Then we implemented structure within the channel by building out a cohesive Content Plan with curated ideas for the business to promote their new and existing collections.
We were then fully equipped to design and build email campaigns that would engage their audience and drive conversions.
